The terms you shop under at ValeCrest, and how we handle your personal data.

Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with ValeCrest through this website. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the details you give us are accurate, and that you accept these terms.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. Until then, we may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was shown in error, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't ship to your address. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes charged by your country are not included and are your responsibility.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. If a price is obviously wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you instead of selling at that price.

Product information and use

We describe products using the information printed on their packaging and supplied by the manufacturer. Photos are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time.

Dietary supplements sold on this site are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on this site is not medical advice. Read the label before use, follow the suggested use, and don't exceed it. Talk to a doctor before using any supplement if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition or take medication. Stop use and seek advice if you have a reaction. You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for you.

Our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss or harm caused by using a product other than as directed on its label.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs holds, strikes, severe weather or supplier shortages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Disputes and changes

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ValeCrest operates, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to take and deliver your order: your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

We share this information only with the services that help us run the store and deliver your order:

• Stripe, to process payments
• our suppliers and carriers, to pack and deliver your order
• our store platform and hosting provider, which run this website
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to measure and improve our advertising, as described under Cookies below

We do not sell your personal data. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only as long as we need it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us.

Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep your bag and checkout working. We also use our own site analytics and the Meta Pixel, which tell us which pages are visited and when someone views a product, adds to their bag, starts checkout or completes a purchase. This helps us measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may combine this with information it already holds, under Meta's own privacy policy.

You can opt out of this tracking on this site through its privacy choice, by blocking cookies in your browser, or through your ad settings on Facebook and Instagram.
